Project overview

Market+ is a national digital B2B platform designed for legal entities and entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Serbia. It enables companies to present products and services, find suppliers and business partners, and establish direct cooperation. Supply and demand across manufacturing, agriculture, construction, logistics, IT, and other industries are brought together in one place. AI-powered smart search analyzes keywords, categories, descriptions, and technical specifications to match company offerings with specific business needs. Challenge

The main challenge was building a reliable and scalable digital environment that unifies supply and demand across many different industries. The system needs to support legal-entity verification, structured presentation of products and services, relevant AI-powered search, direct company-to-company communication, publishing and responding to requests for quotation (RFQs), and offer-visibility analytics, without processing payments or acting as an intermediary in contractual agreements.

Result

A national B2B platform was developed that enables companies to present their offerings through structured descriptions, photographs, technical specifications, and certificates, discover relevant products, services, and partners, and communicate directly. Users can publish requests for quotation (RFQs), respond to active requests, and monitor the visibility of their offerings. Verification of registered legal entities contributes to trust and a safer business environment. The project was supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, and the platform was developed in cooperation with the Mihajlo Pupin Institute.
