Project overview

The solution establishes a single controlled access point for heterogeneous data sources operated by government institutions. A shared application core manages user identity, authorization, validation, query orchestration, response normalization and request records. Integrations are separated into clearly bounded modules, allowing a new source to be introduced through a dedicated adapter and a stable contract with the core, without unnecessary changes elsewhere. The user layer provides unified search, processing-flow visibility and a consistent experience regardless of the originating data source.

Challenge

Different communication protocols, data formats, access rules and availability levels had to be unified without exposing the details of individual systems. At the same time, the architecture must provide strong authentication and authorization, integration isolation, end-to-end traceability, reliable error handling and straightforward extension with new services.

Result

An organized multi-module platform was developed with a reusable shared layer and isolated integration adapters. A unified search model reduces complexity for users, while centralized tracking records each request lifecycle, status, correlation marker and processing outcome. Security is built in through federated identity, granular roles, encrypted communication, input validation, least-privilege access and controlled integration boundaries.
