Tech Radar
An interactive platform for mapping technology scenarios and assessing market maturity, organizational readiness and solution potential through a technology radar and matrix.
Project overview
Tech Radar consolidates a catalog of technology scenarios and presents them through several complementary views. Users can filter scenarios by business unit, process, business challenge and technology domain, as well as by ranges for market maturity, organizational readiness and solution potential. Results are available as an interactive radar, a maturity matrix and a detailed card for the selected scenario. The application also supports text search, sorting, pagination and scenario management.
Challenge
A large number of technology initiatives and related business criteria had to be transformed into a clear decision-support tool. Key challenges included combining dynamic filters, preserving relationships among domains, processes and challenges, and synchronizing the list, radar, matrix and detail view whenever a user selects a scenario.
Result
A responsive web application was delivered with a central scenario model and clearly separated presentation, service and data layers. Interactive SVG visualizations enable rapid scenario comparison, while the REST service provides filtering, search, sorting, pagination, validation and reliable persistence. Modular components allow the radar, matrix, filters and scenario card to evolve independently.
